SECTION 2: SERVICES OFFERED
2.1 Travel on EMI
Customers can purchase travel packages, flights, and hotel stays through EMI financing provided by finance partners.
2.2 Travel Insurance
Travel insurance products are available as optional add-ons through Turtle Mint.
2.3 Pricing and Markup
All prices include Or Ezy Pay markup and applicable finance partner charges.
SECTION 3: BOOKING PROCESS
- Customer selects a travel package or booking.
- Customer applies for EMI financing.
- Finance partner evaluates and disburses the loan.
- Booking is confirmed after supplier confirmation.
- Tickets and vouchers are shared via email/WhatsApp.
CRITICAL UNDERSTANDING:
Once the loan is disbursed, the transaction becomes financially irreversible. Your EMI obligation starts immediately irrespective of cancellation or travel usage.

SECTION 4: EMI & FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Cancelling your trip DOES NOT cancel your EMI obligation. You remain fully liable to repay all EMIs regardless of cancellation, visa refusal, or non-utilisation of the booking.

- EMIs are auto-debited via NACH/e-NACH.
- Missed payments may affect credit score.
- Refunds may be adjusted against outstanding loans.
- Loan disputes must be addressed directly with finance partners.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected financial losses.

- Provide accurate booking and KYC information.
- Maintain valid travel documents and visas.
- Ensure sufficient balance for EMI auto-debits.
- Review supplier-specific cancellation rules.
- Comply with destination laws and regulations.
SECTION 7: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Or Ezy Pay acts solely as a facilitating marketplace and is not liable for:
- Supplier service quality issues
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Hotel overbooking
- Loss of baggage or belongings
- Visa rejections
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
Or Ezy Pay’s total financial liability shall not exceed
the markup amount charged for the booking.
SECTION 8: PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
- Personal data may be shared with suppliers and finance partners.
- Communication may occur via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Data is managed according to Indian data protection laws.
- Customers may request deletion after settlement of obligations.
SECTION 9: DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Grievances can be raised via official support email.
- Resolution attempts occur within 15 business days.
- Loan-related disputes must be raised with finance partners directly.
- Indian laws and courts govern all disputes.
SECTION 10: AMENDMENTS
Or Ezy Pay reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Continued platform usage constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
